Our house! (soon to be home)

Yes! One more new exciting agenda on our packed schedule. We finally got the keys to our humble abode. Months of waiting, tons of papers to sign, more banking to be done and the end result is entirely satisfying. We finally have a place to call ‘our’ home. For now it’s a house, in months to come it would be our home. With joy, laughter and actual human beings living in it. That’s us of course!

I foresee lots of dinner gatherings, tea parties, movie nights, heart to heart sessions and of course the occasional slumber parties (discovery rangers you have a place to bunk now!). P/s “Cmdr. Terence can they come over? Please please, pretty please…”

We have since started ‘work’ on the house. Cleaning the front porch, measuring the place and identifying spots that need some minor renovation. The contractor will be coming in this weekend to recce the space. The list goes on with things we need to do. And our pockets are stretched to the limits as we accommodate this newbie on our expenses list. The house has come along at the perfect time leaving us a few months for an unrushed reno and a new coat of paint on every wall.



Yes, we are overwhelmed by the support from our parents and most significantly from God. From the divine encounter with the house owner to the finances and smooth transition – Lord we are extremely grateful.
