A fishy affair in Manhattan

I love fish, love to watch them, love to feed them (my guppies) ironically i love to EAT them too! (not my guppies!) Figuring out where to eat last night, we stumbled upon a delightful 'fishy' restaurant tucked nicely in the corner squashed by other restaurants in IKANO - MANHATTAN FISH MARKET. You think The Curve has good places to sink your teeth in, think again! MFM is really too good to be true! They have almost everything under the sea from lobsters to mussels, big fish, small fish - any fish!

We had mussels in lemon butter (cabonara like) sauce served with french white bread for starters *SLurp* The mussels were GINORMOUS! I was surprised since I have been looking high and low for fresh mussels since returning from Perth. Amazing enough, mussels were on promo. The promo is still on so head there quick. RM6.90 only! :)

Then we had nice pan fried and baked dory and king salmon with salad on the side. I was glad i didn't down anything during the day if not it would have been a waste. (i finished my meal!!! - and fast!) The interesting thing was that our food was served in a small personal pan. Hot out of the oven!

A must to go! If you decide to try it and you need a friend... Hehehehe i welcome invites:)

Lobsters anyone? It's huge, it's delicious but a bit too pricey for me... decided to pass...

This is what i'm talking about, the mussels were HUGE! Ray, Juju, Chi Chi and all in Perth! I miss the Chilli Mussels in Conca's! This was a good substitute but the best is still ... across the seas.

They deserve a good feedback... whipped up a pen and told them i had a great dinner!
