Plot, strategize, conquer and kill!!!

Pinky: Gee... Brain what are we going to do tonite???
Brain: Same thing we do every night Pinky, try to take over the world!!!

6 guys and a girl at a night of RISK! Trying my hand at the game for the first time. Thankfully Ter and I partnered up if not I’d sink in my chair and wave my white flag before the game even started. Now I’ve seen girls at a slumber party or girls over for a movie night, but this was really something (not exaggerating). They were all geared and prep for the game to unfold. They knew what they had to do and the next step was GET THE DICE ROLLING AND START (for goodness sake). But for the ‘newbies’ sake Ben had to explain the rules of the game. By gosh, what foreign language! World domination, conquer, attack, defend, territory, strategy, continents… yadda yadda yadda.



They took their cards and with much contemplating and considering they positioned their soldiers in different countries. Then it was time to discover one’s mission. They grabbed the mission cards and peeked at it as if they were playing cards. Then like children who hid their sweets from their siblings, these mission cards were stashed away in a secret place in fear that their opponents would find out!



The game was on the roll… not long after then I got a phone call! Thanks Chi Chi, you saved me the clutches of SERIOUS men waiting to attack and conquer. Let the guys alone to their game coz a girl needs to do what a girl needs to do – catch up! J



It was a night of discovery and fun to say the least... but i was left with one lingering thought (thanks to Chi Chi)
What would happen should I accidently 'tip' the board over???
